1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

4. Account Security and Verification

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must use a strong, unique password and must not share your login credentials with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

To comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and to protect against fraud, cina12 requires identity verification for all users. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP preferred), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and/or payment method verification documents. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied until satisfactory verification documents are provided. We may also suspend or restrict account functionality pending verification. All documents submitted must be clear, legible, and valid. Documents in Indonesian language are acceptable and preferred for Indonesian residents.

4.3 Unauthorized Access

You must immediately notify cina12 customer support if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access unless such access resulted from our negligence or breach of security protocols.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cina12 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and Indonesian e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Payment methods must be registered in your own name and match the name on your cina12 account.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Amounts

5.3 Deposit Processing Time

5.4 Payment Source Requirements

6. Withdrawals and Processing

6.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed via the same method used for your most recent deposit. If multiple deposit methods were used, you may be required to withdraw proportionally to each method. Withdrawals are available to the same Indonesian banks and e-wallets accepted for deposits.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Daily withdrawal limits are set at Rp 500,000,000 unless your account has been approved for higher limits. We reserve the right to modify withdrawal limits based on account history and verification status.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

cina12 strives to process withdrawals within 15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours. Our average processing time is 12 minutes. However, first-time withdrawals, large amounts, or accounts requiring additional verification may take up to 24-48 hours. Withdrawals are subject to final processing times of the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.

6.4 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal. Deposits that have not met the minimum wagering requirement may be subject to withdrawal fees or restrictions. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable bonus terms.

6.5 Withdrawal Verification

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by cina12 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made. These may include minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (typically 20x-30x the bonus amount), game restrictions, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, time validity periods, and withdrawal restrictions.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

cina12 has zero tolerance for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using third-party deposits to meet bonus requirements, irregular betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, colluding with other players, or any other activity that violates the spirit of the promotional offer. Suspected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, voiding of associated winnings, and potential account suspension or termination.

7.3 Bonus Modification and Cancellation

cina12 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude certain users from promotional offers at our sole discretion.

8. Betting Rules and Game Play

Sports betting follows standard international rules for each sport, with outcomes determined based on official results from recognized sporting bodies. 8.2 Bet Acceptance

8.3 Voided Bets

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the cina12 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims related to these Terms or the services provided shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time the claim arose, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is less.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. While we employ industry-standard security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access unless caused by our gross negligence.

13. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat, email, or WhatsApp. We will make every effort to resolve complaints fairly and promptly, typically within 7-10 business days.

If internal resolution is not satisfactory, you may escalate the dispute to our management team by sending a detailed written complaint to our support email address.
